Shipping method for package of body jewelry
We have many shipping options available for both CHINA and International Destinations, for abroad, we usually use UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT, which are the most convenience and affordable carrier in the world, which help us deliver goods quickly with more preferential price to lower transport cost for our costumers.
Shipment cycle
Under normal circumstances, We promise you that your order will be shipped neatly, securely, and within 2 to 3 business days. However we have no control if encountered with festivals, vacation or force majeure, the transportation period may be a little longer.
Package and security
The body jewelry items are packaged in proper way and delivered in special carton provided by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT. Furthermore, we usually put some plastic bubbles inside the parcels to keep the jewelry steady, waterproof and crushproof.
Returns & Refunds
1. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we accept return of all products that are defective, shipped in error or customer not 100% satisfied with order if cause by our company, but returns must be inform us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
2. We do not make exchanges. If you need new jewelry to replace what you are returning, please place a new order for that jewelry.
